About Karith & Adam

Karith Foster is a comedian, TV & radio personality, actress and inspirational speaker. This self-described “Huxtable” moved to New York 13 years ago to pursue a career in television. With her B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and Oxford University’s St. Peter’s College, the former ABC affiliate reporter took a position on the production team for WABC-TV and Barbara Walter’s “The View”. She stepped onto the comedy scene in New York City in 1998 and has since risen to the top of her game as a national headliner. She is best known for being Don Imus’ sidekick on his nationally syndicated “Imus in the Morning” radio show on WABC Radio. Karith has appeared on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, NBC’s Today Show and Last Comic Standing, VH-1’s Best Week Ever, the Awesomely Bad… and Black to the Future series. You may have also seen her on BET, BRAVO, and The Fine Living Channel. Her greatest triumphs include performing on Showtime at the Apollo (getting applause, not boos), doing live audience warm- up for the Oprah Winfrey Show and Skyping as a guest with Oprah.

Adam Lehman is a staple in the gay comedy circuit, having been featured on HereTV's stand-up special “Hot Gay Comics” and as a regular panelist on the popular HereTV.com weekly podcast “Topical.” Outside of New York, he has entertained audiences across the country with his quick wit and creativity, headlining several touring shows in PA, ME, DC, and CA. His successful monthly comedy show “The Brew HAHA” features national headliners and created a new environment for stand-up comedy in the East Village. After moving to New York, Adam studied improv with Second City Training Center and in 2009 made his indie movie debut in "Jonathan, Just Because" which was featured in the New York Times. An advocate for marriage equality, Adam worked for the campaigns in Maine and New Jersey.
